As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a motivated, dependable and safety-focused Production Team Member to join our Moulding Team in Bendigo.

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 2:00pm.

Reliability and punctuality are essential for this role. Our production teams rely on each other to meet daily targets, so we need someone who can consistently arrive on time, attend their rostered shifts and be someone their teammates can count on.

Position Overview

This is a hands-on role in a modern manufacturing environment where you’ll work alongside an experienced team to manufacture premium architectural products.

You’ll operate specialised equipment, maintain high-quality standards and contribute to a safe and efficient workplace.

The role is physically demanding and involves being on your feet for most of the day, regular manual handling, lifting, carrying and moving materials, and working at a consistent pace throughout your shift. A good level of physical fitness and stamina is essential.

Just as importantly, we’re looking for someone who takes their commitment to their team seriously. Being ready to start work at 6:00am, maintaining dependable attendance and communicating appropriately if an unexpected issue arises are important expectations of this position.

Whether you already have manufacturing experience or you’re looking to learn new skills, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate production machinery and manufacturing equipment.

• Manufacture premium architectural products to our quality standards.





• Perform regular manual handling tasks, including lifting, carrying, pushing and moving materials throughout the day.

• Work on your feet for the majority of your shift while maintaining productivity and quality standards.

• Be ready to commence work at the scheduled 6:00am start time and maintain reliable attendance.

• Complete production tasks efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

• Carry out quality checks throughout the manufacturing process.

• Maintain a clean, organised and safe work environment.

• Work collaboratively with your team to achieve daily production goals.

• Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for people with the right attitude just as much as the right experience.

Ideally, you’ll have:

• A strong track record of reliability and punctuality.

• The ability to consistently work the required 6:00am–2:00pm Monday-to-Friday roster.

• A positive attitude and an understanding that your attendance and contribution directly impact the rest of your team.

• Good communication skills, including communicating promptly and appropriately if an unexpected situation affects your ability to attend work.

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, warehousing or a similar hands-on workplace (preferred but not essential).

• Experience operating machinery (highly regarded).

• A current Forklift Licence (desirable).

• Good mechanical aptitude and confidence using tools and equipment.

• A good level of physical fitness with the ability to safely perform repetitive manual handling tasks throughout an eight-hour shift.

• The ability to regularly lift, carry, push and move materials while maintaining safe work practices.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

• A team-first attitude and willingness to support the people you work alongside.

• A willingness to learn,



take on feedback and continuously develop your skills.
