We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised Resident Engagement Initiative Manager to join our Residents Operations team and lead the delivery of key national initiatives that support resident engagement and experience across our villages.
We welcome applications from candidates based in Sydney, the Sunshine Coast, or Melbourne. This is a 15-month fixed-term contract working 4 days per week, with regular weekly travel to villages required as part of the roleAs the Resident Engagement Initiative Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of national programs and initiatives that enrich the lives of more than 15,000 residents across Keyton communities.
Working closely with residents, village teams and corporate stakeholders, you will bring to life a diverse portfolio of engagement, wellbeing and communication initiatives designed to strengthen connection, celebrate resident achievements and create thriving village communities.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Reporting to the National Resident Engagement Manager, you will be responsible for:
Lead the delivery of assigned initiatives, collaborating with stakeholders to define project scope, manage timelines, mitigate risks, coordinate teams,
and ensure successful outcomes are delivered on time and within budget
Partnering with village teams to drive participation, increase awareness and ensure a consistent resident experience across Keyton's national portfolio
Managing the delivery and analysis of resident satisfaction surveys, gathering valuable feedback and translating insights into meaningful improvements across villages
Support continuous improvement by monitoring initiative outcomes and reporting on progress and opportunities for enhancement
Prepare project documentation, reports, presentations, and status updates
Represent Keyton professionally at village events, community functions, and stakeholder engagements as required
Ensure compliance with organisational policies, regulatory requirements, and workplace health and safety standards
Identifying opportunities to introduce new programs, events and engagement strategies that enhance resident wellbeing, connection and sense of belonging
Your projects may include:
Delivering programs supporting residents to pursue new interests, launch community projects and bring creative ideas to life through funding and village support
Managing the production of Keyton's resident newsletter, showcasing inspiring resident stories, village achievements and community highlights from across the country
Coordinating the monthly puzzle books, providing engaging recreational content that promotes wellbeing, enjoyment and social connection
Overseeing national resident recognition programs, including milestone celebrations
Planning and delivering resident competitions and events, including the Keyton Resident Art Competition, creative showcases and other community engagement initiatives
Supporting ongoing adoption and enhancement of the resident technologies to stay informed and connected
This is a highly visible role that combines project management, stakeholder engagement, communications and community building, providing the opportunity to make a genuine impact on the daily lives of residents and contribute to creating places where communities thrive.
About You
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels
Experience preparing reports, presentations, and project documentation, highly regarded
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative mindset and a flexible, solutions-focused approach
Have excellent computer skills (confident with the use of Microsoft Office Suite and other computer systems
Current Driver Licence – Ability to travel to carious villages when required
