- Flexible PPT shifts, pick up the roster that work for you!
- Permanent part-time security with paid leave. Rosters provided in advance! Permanent roster lines with opportunities to pick up additional shifts

- Support young people with daily routines,
activities and life skills
- Build positive relationships based on trust and respect
- Create safe, structured and therapeutic environments
- Respond calmly to challenges and behavioural needs
- Work collaboratively with the wider care team
- Help young people build confidence and independence
What You'll Bring
- Certificate IV in Youth Work, Child & Family, Community Services or similar, or willingness to enrol
- Current QLD driver's licence and required probity clearances
- Empathy, resilience and a calm, solutions-focused approach
- Availability across a range of shifts, including weekends and sleepovers
- A genuine interest in supporting children and young people
