BaptistCare in Tasmania is seeking a Direct Care Coordinator on a 12-month contract for a part time, hybrid role (4 days a week with 3 days in the office). You will develop, manage and deliver optimised rosters for our frontline staff, acting as the first point of contact for delivery staff and external agencies.

You will provide timely, customised support to aged care customers, balancing service requirements, staff skills and cost efficiency, while growing your rostering expertise in systems
