Are you obsessed with social media, content creation, trends and all things hair & beauty? Koko Hair & Co is looking for a Social Media Manager to join our fun, fast-paced and creative salon team! We’re looking for someone who is confident, creative and loves bringing brands to life through social media. You’ll play a big part in showcasing our amazing team, our work and the Koko Hair experience online.

THE ROLE

As our Social Media Manager, you’ll be responsible for:

- Creating and managing engaging content across Instagram, TikTok & Facebook
- Filming and editing reels, videos and behind-the-scenes content
- Capturing our stylists, transformations, salon culture and day-to-day moments
- Keeping up with current social media trends, sounds and content styles
- Creating and maintaining a consistent content calendar
- Growing our online presence and engagement
- Helping showcase our talented team and attract new clients
- Bringing fresh ideas and creativity to our social media strategy

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who:





- Has previous experience in a social media role OR is currently studying/has studied Marketing, Social Media or a related field
- Is confident using Instagram, TikTok and Facebook
- Has a creative eye and loves creating content
- Is comfortable filming in a busy salon environment
- Has a good understanding of social media trends and what performs well
- Is organised, reliable and able to work independently
- Is confident communicating with our team and getting involved
- Has a genuine interest in hair, beauty, fashion and lifestyle
- Brings positive energy and fits into a fun team environment!
