About the role

You’ll be responsible for helping prospective members understand what Next Gen has to offer and finding the right membership for their needs.

This will involve:

- Speaking with prospective members face-to-face and over the phone
- Conducting tours of our facilities
- Following up leads and enquiries




- Building relationships with prospective members
- Working towards and exceeding sales targets
- Handling objections and having confident sales conversations
- Providing a high level of customer service throughout the sales process

About you

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Motivated and driven to succeed
- Positive, confident and approachable
- Passionate about health and fitness
- Comfortable speaking to people face-to-face and over the phone
- Competitive and motivated by hitting targets
- Proactive and willing to put in the work
- A good team player
- Comfortable working in a busy, high-energy environment
- Previous sales experience is preferred, but not essential
