Part-Time Warehouse & Customer Service All-Rounder – Marleston

3 Days Per Week | Approx. 5 Hours Per Day | Warehouse + Customer Service

Zoom Recruitment is currently seeking a reliable and personable Warehouse & Customer Service All-Rounder to join us in Marleston

This is a varied part‑time position suited to someone who enjoys a mix of hands‑on warehouse work and customer interaction. You’ll assist with day‑to‑day warehouse operations while also supporting trade customers over the phone, via email and face‑to‑face.

About the Role

Working approximately 3 days per week, 5 hours per day, your responsibilities will include:

- Picking and packing customer orders
- Receiving and dispatching stock
- Loading and unloading deliveries
- Forklift operation where licensed
- Assisting trade customers face‑to‑face, over the phone and via email
- Processing orders and basic data entry
- Maintaining stock and general warehouse presentation
- General housekeeping and keeping work areas safe and organised
- Supporting the wider team with general duties as required





What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, approachable and happy to get involved wherever needed.

To be considered, you will ideally have:

- Previous warehouse, stores or pick packing experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Confidence using basic computer systems and completing data entry
- A hands‑on and team‑focused attitude
- Positive physical fitness and ability to complete manual handling duties
- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Ability to complete a pre‑employment medical, drug and alcohol screen and police check
