Hope Island, Queensland Join the Team at Hope Island Tavern! We're looking for Bar & Gaming Attendants who enjoy working with people, thrive in a quick-paced environment, and want to become a true hospitality all-rounder. You'll work across our Gaming Room, Sports Bar, TAB and Keno, delivering great service and creating a fun and welcoming experience for our guests.

What You'll Be Doing

- Deliver outstanding food and beverage service
- Provide a high level of service to gaming patrons
- Work across the Gaming Room, Sports Bar, TAB and Keno
- Prepare and serve beverages and assist with bar operations
- Process TAB and Keno transactions and assist guests with enquiries
- Ensure compliance with all gaming regulations, responsible service requirements and venue procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe and well-presented venue
- Create a friendly and welcoming experience for every guest
- Support the wider Front of House team as required

What We're Looking For

- Holds a current QLD RSA and RSG – essential
- Has previous gaming experience – preferred but not essential
- Has TAB and Keno knowledge – advantageous
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills
- Is reliable, responsive and has a strong work ethic
- Brings a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Can work confidently in a fast-paced environment
- Enjoys working as part of a team
- Has flexible availability across a 7-day roster, including days, evenings and weekends
- Has valid Australian working rights
