Join Our Civil Operations Team

We're seeking a reliable and safety-focused Truck Driver who is prepared to get out of the truck and be part of the crew. This is a hands-on role involving truck driving, labouring and machinery operation to support the construction and maintenance of civil infrastructure.

About The Role In this diverse position, you will:

- Operate HR trucks for civil construction and maintenance activities

- Assist with labouring tasks as required across road, drainage and infrastructure projects

- Operate plant and machinery where appropriately ticketed and trained

- Support road maintenance, earthworks, pipelaying, concrete and drainage works

- Conduct daily pre-start inspections and basic plant maintenance

- Work safely and cooperatively within a crew environment

- Deliver high-quality outcomes while providing excellent customer service

About You

Essential To be successful, you will have:

- Current HR (Heavy Rigid) Driver Licence

- Current Construction White Card

- Experience in civil construction, road maintenance or drainage works

- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

- Positive attitude and commitment to workplace safety

Desirable

- Tickets to operate plant and machinery such as loaders, rollers, backhoes or similar

- Traffic Control Ticket

- Experience operating trucks in varied work environments
