- Clerk Grade 5/6, base salary ($102,936 - $113,579), plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading
Your role The UAT Test Support Analyst is responsible for conducting user acceptance testing to ensure software releases meet JusticeLink functional requirements, business processes and Registry operating procedures.
The role provides clear test outcomes and evidence‑based recommendations to the Quality Assurance Manager to support decisions on whether software should be approved for release into the production workplace.
What you’ll do The role involves planning and executing test scenarios, validating system changes, identifying defects and risks, and confirming that delivered solutions are fit for purpose.

- Create, review, and execute test cases in the teams test management tool
- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, and conducting re-testing after fixes.
- Collaborate with the team and communicate the test status with the quality assurance manager, product owners, business analysts, and developers to confirm requirements and report test progress.
- Use your working knowledge of the JusticeLink application and registry operating procedures to determine if application changes are fit for purpose.
- Work to the team priorities under the direction of the Quality Assurance manager and Senior Test Analyst
- Provide recommendations to application changes and UAT test processes for continual improvement
What we’re looking for

- Defect Management & Problem Solving – Identify, track, and validate defects using tools such as JIRA, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication – Partner with business and technical teams to clarify requirements, communicate test progress, and support successful delivery.
- Adaptability & Prioritisation – Effectively manage multiple testing activities in a fast-paced agile environment while driving continuous improvement.
