About the Role

We are seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join our Urgent Care Service in South Australia. Working alongside Registered Nurses, you will provide safe, high-quality and efficient nursing support for patients with urgent, non-life-threatening conditions.

Your Responsibilities Maintain a welcoming, organised and efficient clinical environment.

Balance administrative duties, including Medicare billing, coding and accurate documentation, with hands-on clinical care.

Welcome patients, assist with appointments and maintain accurate registration details.

Work alongside Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality care for injuries and illnesses.

Conduct patient histories and provide clinical care including medication administration, wound care and plastering.

Provide patients with appropriate education and recovery guidance.





Assess patient inclusion and exclusion criteria and support appropriate patient pathways.

Deliver care within your scope of practice and in accordance with ForHealth policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate, comprehensive clinical records.

Actively contribute to workplace health, safety and quality initiatives.

About You

Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.

Flexible availability for evenings and weekends.

Meet the required experience in one of the following: 3 years’ experience in Primary Care/General Practice nursing; or

2 years’ experience in an Emergency Department or similar setting; or

3 years’ experience in Medical/Surgical, Orthopaedics or similar acute care. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage escalations.

Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

Passion for patient-centred care and a personable approach.

Willingness to obtain required Working with Children and Police Checks.
