The Role
Information and Records Management
Perform the role of unit Objective Workgroup Coordinator. This includes staff training, acting as the Helpdesk, managing information files and the structure. You will coordinate and maintain classified information material in accordance with policy requirements. This includes drafting Routine Orders, distribute information updates, manage mail, coordinate staff march-in and march-out procedures, and ensure Unit databases nominal roles are updated.
Unit Resource Management
Manage the Unit held equipment and their accounts, including Mobile Phones, ICT equipment and, raise maintenance notifications as required. You will manage all Unit held equipment and stores, such as stationery and cleaning consumables. You will act as unit Transport Manager including monitoring fuel cards, servicing, maintenance, repair/replacement and databases management.
With the Business Support Officer manage procurement of equipment, training and hospitality in support of Unit requirements.

Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for an experienced administrator with experience in records and information management, using and maintaining electronic record systems and acting as a "help desk" for the Unit. In addition you will have experience in maintaining Unit resources, purchasing and auditing eg stationary requirements. You will also have experience in fleet management including fuel cards and maintenance scheduling.
Security Clearance:
Applicants must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance at Baseline Vetting level.
