We're looking for a creative and reliable videographer to join our Melbourne team and help deliver exceptional content across a diverse range of clients and projects.

About the Role

As a Videographer at Metaflx, you'll be responsible for conducting professional recording sessions for our clients, with a strong focus on social media content.

You'll also capture private celebrations, including birthdays and weddings, as well as corporate events.

This is a remote-based role, with filming conducted on location throughout Melbourne. You'll have the opportunity to work independently while collaborating with our wider creative team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct skilled on-site recording sessions for clients across Melbourne.
- Capture engaging short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Film private celebrations, including birthdays, weddings and other special occasions.
- Capture corporate events, functions and business activities.
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and recording requirements.
- Set up and operate cameras,



lighting and audio equipment.
- Capture high-quality footage that aligns with each client's brand and creative direction.
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure recording sessions run smoothly.
- Organise and manage footage following each recording session.
- Maintain a professional and personable approach when representing Metaflx on location.

About You:

We're looking for someone who is passionate about videography, confident working with clients and comfortable filming in a variety of environments.

Ideally, you'll have:

- Experience in videography, particularly social media content and events.
- A strong understanding of camera operation, lighting, composition and audio.
- The ability to capture engaging content in both controlled and fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence directing clients and helping them feel comfortable on camera.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- The ability to work independently and adapt to different recording environments.
- A creative eye and attention to detail.
- Access to your own filming equipment is preferred.
