You’ll become a trusted extension of the client’s team, delivering exceptional travel experiences while building strong relationships with travellers and senior business leaders. About the Role

This is more than a booking role.

You’ll be a trusted travel advisor, partnering closely with a prestigious sporting organisation to manage domestic and international travel requirements for VIP travellers and key stakeholders. Your ability to anticipate needs, provide expert advice and navigate last-minute changes with confidence will be critical to your success.

This position is based in Melbourne and operates under a hybrid working arrangement of four days in the office and one day working from home, providing the perfect balance between collaboration and flexibility.

What You’ll Do

- Provide end-to-end travel management services for VIP and executive travellers.
- Manage complex domestic and international flight bookings, accommodation, transfers and ancillary travel services.
- Deliver exceptional service while balancing traveller preferences, corporate travel policies and budget requirements.




- Build trusted relationships with executive assistants, leadership teams and key stakeholders.
- Coordinate high-touch travel arrangements with discretion, professionalism and attention to detail.
- Proactively manage disruptions, schedule changes and urgent travel requests.
- Negotiate and liaise with airlines, hotels and travel suppliers to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Monitor travel activity and identify opportunities to improve traveller experience and efficiencies.
- Ensure all bookings are processed accurately and in accordance with client service standards.
- Represent CT Connections as a trusted partner and extension of the client’s team.

What You’ll Bring

- Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate travel consulting.
- Previous experience supporting VIP, executive, sport, entertainment or high-touch corporate travel accounts.
- Expertise in domestic and international fares, ticketing, reissues and complex itinerary management.
- Experience working within an implant, onsite or dedicated client environment is highly regarded.
- Strong working knowledge of Sabre GDS and Tramada (preferred).
- Exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the confidence to make decisions under pressure.
- Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and genuine passion for customer service.
- The ability to work independently while remaining highly collaborative and client-focused.
