Additional Information
- These roles are Permanent, Part-Time (40 hours and 60 hours per fortnight)

- You will work on a rotating roster between 6:00am and 9:30pm on weekdays and weekends
- Availability to work 3 out of every 4 weekends, including both Saturday and Sunday

Team vision ( title) About this work area Team vision (text) As a Warehouse Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs.
- Replenishing stock across the Market Hall, furniture and self-serve warehouse areas to maintain high product availability for customers.
- Monitoring inventory levels, conducting stock counts and investigating discrepancies to help maintain inventory accuracy.
- Moving and handling goods safely using equipment such as pallet jacks and other material-handling equipment.
- Restocking furniture and home furnishing products, from smaller accessories through to larger flat-packed items.
- Using handheld devices and digital systems to manage stock movements and replenishment tasks.
- Maintaining clean, organised and safe warehouse and sales floor areas.
- Following IKEA safety procedures, operational standards and ways of working at all times.

You are or have
- Experience in warehouse, logistics, replenishment, retail or other operational environments (highly regarded but not essential).
- A collaboratively mindset and can communicate confidently with co-workers across different teams.
- Strong attention to detail and takes pride in completing tasks accurately.
- Organised, reliable and able to prioritise competing tasks effectively.
- Physically capable of repetitive lifting, manual handling, bending and moving stock safely throughout a shift.
- Comfortable using digital tools, handheld devices and inventory management systems.
- A strong commitment to workplace safety and following established processes.
- A forklift licence (LF) or experience operating material-handling equipment (advantageous but not required).
