Synergie Australia is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor for a permanent opportunity with a reputable automotive warehouse located in Bentley, Perth WA.

Shift / Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm

Salary: $63,000 base + overtime

Start Date: Immediate start

What you will be required to do:

Join an automotive business and take ownership of a small warehouse operation, leading a team of three staff while ensuring the smooth running of daily warehouse activities.

- Supervise and support a small warehouse team
- Manage daily pick packing and dispatch operations
- Coordinate customer order collections and deliveries
- Maintain accurate stock control and inventory management
- Assist with the rollout and use of NetSuite (Oracle) ERP systems
- Liaise with customers and build strong working relationships
- Operate LF forklift as required
- Ensure the warehouse remains organised, safe and efficient
- Implement and adhere to all safety and OHS procedures
- Drive continuous improvement across warehouse processes
- Run the site autonomously when required

To be successful in the role you will:





- Have previous experience in a Warehouse Supervisor, Warehouse Coordinator or Team Leader role
- Hold a current LF Forklift Licence
- Demonstrate robust leadership and organisational skills
- Have experience managing stock, dispatch and warehouse operations
- Be confident liaising with customers and building relationships
- Show initiative and a proactive approach to problem solving
- Have a genuine care factor and pride in your work
- Be able to work independently and make sound decisions
- Have full permanent working rights in Australia
