The role

Our firendly team in Kewdale is looking for their new Team Leader - Dispatch. The Warehouse Team Leader-Dispatch supports the Warehouse Supervisor by providing leadership, guidance, and direction to the warehouse team while actively contributing as a team member.

The role is responsible for coordinating daily dispatch operations to ensure customer orders are accurately picked, packed and dispatched on time, while promoting a safe, efficient, and productive work environment.

- Oversee all dispatch operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in processing and delivery of goods.

- Team Leadership & Supervision

- Workflow Coordination & Continuous Improvement

- Safety, Inventory & Housekeeping

- Ability to lead and motivate

- Current Forklift Licensed
