This Position of Additional Responsibility (PAR) provides an opportunity to influence the student experience, foster a positive culture, and provide leadership that supports student growth, engagement and belonging, while continuing in a permanent teaching position.

About the Opportunity The Year Level Coordinator plays a vital role in creating a supportive and connected year level community, working collaboratively with students, staff and families to promote positive outcomes and a strong sense of belonging.

Key areas of focus include:

- Pastoral care, student wellbeing and spiritual development
- Social and emotional learning and behaviour support
- Community building and connectedness

What We Offer

- Permanent full-time teaching position with a two-year leadership appointment as Year Level Coordinator (PAR)
- Additional PAR allowance of approximately $12,678 gross per annum
