We're seeking an experienced Senior Architect with strong site and project delivery experience to join our Melbourne team. This is a hands‑on role for someone who is confident and charismatic with strong site and project delivery experience, who thrives on seeing projects through from design development to completion on site.

This role is ideally suited to an Architect with experience in Industrial, Data Centre, and/or Healthcare projects.

This is a full time role based in our Melbourne studio, reporting into the Principal.

Key Responsibilities

Manage design development, documentation, contract administration and quality control across projects

Lead in office delivery and coordination, working closely with builders, subconsultants and government/statutory bodies as required

Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing clear advice and regular progress updates

You'll draw on deep experience with building materials and methods to anticipate and resolve issues in workmanship, and bring the technical judgement to address complex engineering requirements with elegant, considered solutions.

Mentor and support junior team members, contributing to a high-performing studio culture

Contribute to business development and help grow Genton's presence in the Industrial, Data Centre and Health sectors

About You

Bachelor of Architecture (or equivalent 5-year degree) plus relevant post-qualification experience

Registered Architect preferred but not essential

Strong,



demonstrated site and project delivery experience - ideally across industrial, data centre and/or health projects

Excellent Revit skills, with working knowledge of AutoCAD and other CAD/visualisation tools (SketchUp, Rhino, 3D Studio Max, V-Ray, Adobe Creative Suite advantageous)

Confident, personable and commercially minded - comfortable representing Genton in front of clients, contractors and consultants

Strong understanding of building materials, construction methods, and applicable codes and standards

A collaborative approach with the ability to mentor and lead others when required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
