Our client is a well-established Brisbane-based commercial HVAC contractor that has been operating for over 10 years across the SEQ market. With a strong reputation in commercial service and maintenance, they work with a broad range of customers including schools, universities, hospitals, hotels, clubs, commercial office buildings, retail sites, and rapid-food chains.

Their services cover commercial air conditioning, chillers, refrigeration, ventilation systems, and more. With a small, tight-knit team and consistent pipeline of work, they offer a supportive environment with strong job stability.

The Role

Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join the team.

This is a 100% commercial role focused on service and maintenance - no residential work and minimal install work involved. You'll work autonomously across Brisbane and surrounding areas attending customer sites and carrying out:

- Fault finding and diagnostics
- Preventative maintenance
- Breakdown repairs and reactive service
- Major upgrades and system improvements
- Maintaining safe work practices onsite
- Providing high-quality customer service

You'll be provided with a company vehicle and work remotely from site to site throughout Brisbane.

The Candidate

To be considered for the role, you must have:

- Cert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration
- Current ARCtick licence
- Current QBCC licence
- Proven experience in commercial HVAC service & maintenance
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability
- Ability to work autonomously in the field
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Full Australian working rights
- Be based within the Brisbane metro area
