Growing commercial builder who specialise in construction and refurbishment projects across the defence, education and commercial sectors operating in both NSW and QLD.

They are currently looking for someone with robust refurbishment experience including facade and remediation works for an upcoming university project in the Inner West Sydney.
About the role:
- Be responsible for overseeing the build from start to finish
- Oversee all sub-contractors & manage the quality of finishes
- Use leadership and organisational skills to hit project targets
- Ensure programme measures are being met and client is kept up to date
Your Background:
- Experience with site managing commercial refurb and new build projects
- 5+ years as a site manager/foreman
- Keen eye for detail and ability to manage quality
- Positive attitude with the right temperament
- Ability to communicate effectively & drive programme
You will Receive:
- Employment with a commercial builder with strong project pipeline
- Up to $210k package, based on years of experience
- Support from office with CA's, PM's and operations manager etc.
