The Opportunity:
An established commercial builder is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of a $20m school project in Tarneit.
Working alongside an experienced Project Manager and Contract Administrator, you will take responsibility for daily site operations, subcontractor coordination, programming, safety, quality and the successful delivery of the project.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all daily site activities from commencement through to handover
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and site personnel
- Maintain and update the construction program
- Ensure works meet quality, safety and compliance requirements
- Conduct site inductions, toolbox meetings and inspections
- Work closely with the project team, consultants and client representatives
- Identify and resolve construction and coordination issues
- Manage project completion, defects and handover

About You

- Proven experience as a Site Manager with a commercial builder
- Experience delivering education or comparable commercial projects




- Solid knowledge of construction sequencing and subcontractor management
- Excellent communication, leadership and organisational skills
- Thorough understanding of Victorian building and safety requirements
- Current White Card and relevant site management qualifications
- Ability to drive programme, quality and safety outcomes
