About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse, you’ll work alongside Registered Nurses and care staff to support the health, wellbeing and quality of life of our residents.
You’ll have the opportunity to build genuine relationships with residents and their families while using your clinical skills to provide safe, respectful and person-centred care.
No two days are the same. You’ll:
- Complete resident admissions and ongoing clinical assessments.
- Contribute to individualised care plans and monitor resident wellbeing.
- Administer medications safely and maintain accurate medication records.
- Monitor and report changes in residents’ health and wellbeing.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Work collaboratively with Registered Nurses,
care staff, residents and families.
- Participate in handovers, care planning and initiatives that support quality resident care.
- Help create a welcoming environment where residents feel respected, valued and heard.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
- A qualified Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
- Confident using your clinical skills and judgement to support resident care.
- Experienced in clinical documentation and care planning.
- Passionate about providing safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
- A strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team.
- Reliable, adaptable and willing to contribute to a positive team environment.
- Experienced in aged care, or interested in bringing your nursing experience into the aged care environment.
You’ll also need a current National Police Certificate and NDIS Workers Screening Clearance, or the ability to obtain these.
