About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Casual Cook to join our team at the Entertainment Quarter. In this role, you will be responsible for high-quality food preparation and ensuring the kitchen adheres to the highest standards of safety and sanitation. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering great food.

What You Will Do

- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen workplace at all times
- Follow strict food safety, hygiene, and sanitation protocols




- Assist with kitchen setup, pack-down, and stock management
- Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient service during peak periods

- A strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, and sanitation requirements
- Proven reliability and punctuality for all shifts
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy hospitality setting
