Fuller Life Therapy Services is a neuro-affirming, strengths-based allied health practice based in Plympton Park, southern Adelaide. We provide occupation-centred, client-led therapy across the lifespan, from paediatric through to adult and caregiver supports. We are seeking an Occupational Therapist who shares our commitment to high-quality, evidence-informed care.
We welcome both experienced clinicians and early-career OTs, and we tailor support to your stage and interests.
About the role
You will manage a varied lifespan caseload with scope to develop in the areas that interest you most. Responsibilities include:
• Delivering individual and small group therapy, and coaching caregivers across areas such as regulation, motor skill development, self-care, mealtimes, sensory processing and integration, executive functioning and daily participation.
• Conducting assessments and functional capacity assessments and where appropriate, providing assistive technology and home modification supports.
• Developing and reviewing individualised, goals-based therapy plans, and monitoring progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaborating with the wider team on joint sessions and shared clients and liaising with families and external providers.
• Completing timely, accurate documentation (notes, reports, letters and NDIS documentation), supported by our extensive in-house resource and template library.
• Participating in regular team meetings and professional development.
Engagement options
Employed: Full-time or part-time contracts: A caseload and schedule structured around a sustainable working life, with clear start and finish times, no expectation of after-hours work, and comprehensive clinical support.
Subcontracting: For clinicians operating under their own ABN who value independence, we offer a subcontracting arrangement with referral flow, administrative and billing support, consulting rooms at our Plympton Park clinic, access to peers and our resource library, and adaptable scheduling.
Selection criteria
• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor or Masters) and current AHPRA registration.
• A demonstrated commitment to neuro-affirming, strengths-based and client-led practice.
• Strong assessment, clinical reasoning and report-writing skills.
• Excellent communication and the ability to work collaboratively with families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Sound organisational skills and the capacity to manage a full caseload. Paediatric experience is desirable but not essential.
• Current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, First Aid certification and driver's licence.
What we offer
• Professional development aligned to your interests, with genuine role-development opportunities, and an annual PD budget
• Mentoring and supervision
• A neuro-affirming, collaborative culture where your contribution is valued
• Clear work boundaries and a balanced caseload
• A diverse range of funding streams and client groups within a supportive MDT team
• Exceptional therapy resource library (digital and physical)
• Adaptable working conditions to support good work-life balance, family and health and wellbeing
