Job Description

Lucas Collective is opening Melbourne CBD venues Noẽma and Wishbone, seeking an exceptional Pastry Sous Chef to build the pastry operation from day one. You will work with the Head Pastry Chef to design desserts, establish standards, and recruit and mentor the pastry team in a fast-paced, premium dining environment.
