We are looking for an experienced IT Professional to support the Richemont Team in Oceania. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing IT support & training and assisting in IT project roll‐out.
n
HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
n
MIS Support
n
n
- Provide and maintain a strong customer focus and support services
n
- Providing local and remote staff with support for end user devices and business applications
n
- Work with IT vendors for maintenance and technical service.
n
- Review opportunities to apply new technologies or other solutions to address challenges facing in the operations and business services.
n
- Hardware and software inventory and hardware refreshment.
n
- Procure, Configure and install equipment managed by the IT team. This includes but is not limited to computer hardware, peripherals, software, mobile devices and software.
n
- Formulate and/or maintain IT operational reports, procedures and policies
n
- Enhance customer satisfaction through regular review of service level and continual improvement of services.
n
- Enforce Company IT policy.
n
n
Project Coordination
n
n
- Assist PM in local, regional and group projects
n
- Coordinate activities and tasks throughout the lifecycle of a project
n
- Coordinate project meetings and take meeting minutes
n
- Liaise and manage external vendors on office and boutique projects (renovations, relocations and new boutique openings)
n
- Prepare and update necessary project documentation
n
n
Digital Transformation
n
n
- Review opportunities to apply recent technologies or other solutions to address challenges facing in the operations and business services.
n
- Provide infrastructure and application training to users. User adoption is part of digital transformation.
n
n
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
n

- Experience on a IT Helpdesk support (e.g. troubleshoot PC, mobile device, email & application issues) and experience in IT infrastructure support (i.e. server, network, security)
n
- Able to provide troubleshooting on email, PC, printer, server and network issues.
n
- Experience working in a Windows Environment- Office 365, Sharepoint and Exhcnage.
n
- Experience with Retail Point-Of-Sales (POS) is highly desirable.
n
- Understanding of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, FTP and Proxy.
n
- Knowledge in Cisco Meraki would be an advantage.
n
- Experience in Power BI, Power Automate, RPA would be an advantage
n
- Occasional travelling is required domestically to support boutique.
n
- Occasional after-hours project work with time off in lieu.
n
