Job Description

- Day shift - Monday to Friday 8:30am - 4:30pm
n
- Supervise daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
n
- Operate Forklift when needed - Leading the team hands on
n
- Oversee inventory management, including stock control and stocktakes.
n
- Coordinate the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in a timely manner.
n
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures across all warehouse activities.
n
- Lead, train, and support a team of warehouse staff to achieve operational goals.
n
- Monitor and manage warehouse equipment and maintenance requirements.
n
- Generate and maintain accurate records and reports related to warehouse operations.
n




- Collaborate with internal teams to optimise logistics and supply chain processes.
n

The Successful Applicant

n

A successful Warehouse Supervisor should have:

n

n
- Previous experience in warehouse supervision or a similar role within the FMCG industry.
n
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
n
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and processes.
n
- Familiarity with workplace health and safety regulations.
n
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
n
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset.
n
- Forklift licence.
n
