Job Description

Sonder seeks a Counsellor to provide short-term, online therapy to members across Australia. You will work in a stepped care model, delivering six sessions daily, supporting diverse clients, and developing self-management strategies.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team with monthly supervision and escalation pathways. This permanent role supports adaptable (full-time or ≥4 days) remote work from anywhere in Australia, connected to Sonder HQ in Sydney.
