Working with private equity, corporate, and institutional clients, you will lead complex financial due diligence projects and deliver insights that drive strategic decisions on some of Australia's most high-profile transactions.

What you will do:

- Lead buy-side and sell-side due diligence engagements across multiple sectors
n
- Advise clients through the entire transaction lifecycle, from strategy to execution
n
- Manage and develop high-performing teams while coaching junior talent
n
- Build trusted relationships with senior executives, investors, and dealmakers
n
- Contribute to practice growth and broader business development initiatives
n
n
What we are looking for:
n
n
- 5-12 years' experience in Transaction Services, M&A; Advisory, Deals or Corporate Finance
n
- Currently at Manager, Senior Manager, or Director level within Big 4 or mid-tier advisory
n
- Strong technical expertise in financial due diligence and ability to run engagements end-to-end
n
- Track record of building client relationships and delivering commercial insights
n
- CA or equivalent qualification highly regarded
n
- Advise on iconic, market-shaping deals with a global platform behind you
n
