Job Description

Mars Snacking Australia is seeking a Category Development Leader to drive the category strategy for our Grocery Breakfast portfolio from Melbourne. You will translate market, retailer, and shopper insights into strategic plans and act as a trusted advisor to Coles and Woolworths as well as internal teams.

You will lead range reviews, co-pilot commercial goals with Sales, analyze data for opportunities, and ensure optimal shelf layouts and shopper experiences.
