Urgent requirement of SAP EWM Consultant - Contract - Melbourne

Requirements

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

n
- Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP EWM modules.
n
- Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, service requests, and system issues within agreed SLAs.
n
- Support inbound, outbound, internal warehouse, and inventory management processes.
n
- Monitor EWM queues, IDocs, RF framework, and background jobs.
n
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP, TM, BASIS, ABAP) for issue resolution.
n
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions.
n
- Support system enhancements, configuration changes, and minor developments.
n
- Prepare and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
n
- Assist with testing (unit, integration, UAT) and transport management.
n
- Support warehouse users, provide training, and handle user queries.
n
- Participate in cutover activities, go-live, and hypercare support as required.
n

Required Skills:

n

n
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP EWM Support (Embedded or Decentralized).
n

n





Good understanding of:

n

n
- o Warehouse structure and master data
n
- o Inbound & outbound processes
n
- o Internal warehouse processes (putaway, picking, replenishment)
n
- o Physical inventory and cycle counting
n
- Experience with RF Framework, Handling Units (HU), Wave Management, and Manifest Management (if applicable).
n
- Knowledge of integration with S/4HANA (MM, SD, PP).
n
- Ability to debug and work with ABAP developers for issue resolution.
n
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (/SCWM/MON, SMQ1/SMQ2, SLG1).
n
- Positive communication and documentation skills.
n

Preferred Qualification:

n

n
- SAP EWM Certification • Experience in S/4HANA EWM
n
- Exposure to warehouse automation or third-party integrations
n
- Experience in 24x7 support environments
n

n

Duration: 06 Months, with possible extension

n

Eligibility: Australian/NZ Citizens/PR Holders only
