Job Description

GEA Group in Australia seeks a hands-on HSE leader to partner with project, operations and site teams, strengthening a proactive safety culture across diverse environments. You will provide trusted HSE guidance to managers and frontline staff, support secure working practices, and embed GEA safety systems and standards.

The role covers on-site coaching, risk-based decision making, and continuous improvement of integrated management systems across multiple sites.
