6 Month Contract (Daily Rate) | Melbourne CBD | Hybrid - 3 Days On-Site

This is a hands-on integration lead role, (not a project management role), on a newly funded, multi-year program for a large, complex Australian organisation. You'll be architecting and building integrations from day one, with the role growing into leading a small integration team over your first six months.

What you'll be doing

n

n
- Design and build complex, secure integrated solutions, with Mulesoft and Workday/HRIS integration work at the core
n
- Get hands-on with design, development and problem-solving to keep delivery moving
n
- Own the technical delivery plan, defining scope, sequencing, milestones and dependencies
n
- Lead cross-functional technical teams (including vendor teams) from solution design through to release
n
- Set and enforce technical standards and quality across delivery teams
n
- Plan and oversee non-production setting setup, cutover planning and go-live readiness
n
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, translating technical concepts for non-technical audiences
n
- Develop post-launch support and transition plans, including knowledge transfer to operational teams

What we're looking for

n

n




- Strong hands-on software development background across the full delivery lifecycle
n
- Experience designing and building complex, secure integrated solutions, Mulesoft essential
n
- Workday or other HRIS integration experience highly regarded
n
- Background in complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments highly regarded
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, confident translating between business and technical language
n
- Proven ability to plan and lead technical delivery across complex, multi-workstream projects
n
- Experience managing vendor or partner relationships in a delivery context
n
- Comfortable working across both waterfall and agile methodologies
n

- 6 month contract on a daily rate, part of a broader 3 year program of work

- Based in Melbourne CBD
n
- Hybrid working: 3 days on-site, 2 days WFH
n
- A valid Victorian Working with Children Check will be required for this role.
