Hunter New England Local Health District is seeking a compassionate Community Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality, person-centred care across the Glen Innes Health Service and patients' homes. In this permanent full-time role, you will assess wounds, manage catheter care, provide palliative care, oversee medication administration, and support independence for people in the Glen Innes community.
