Job Description

Amazon Web Services Australia Pty Ltd in Sydney seeks a senior hands-on technical leader to own the Application Modernisation workstream for a large-scale legacy program. You will decompose a 30-year Oracle monolith into contemporary, domain APIs and define service boundaries, sequencing teardown across domains while balancing delivery risk.

You will design production, web-facing APIs with versioning, collaborate with an Agentic AI workstream lead, advise senior stakeholders, and promote architecture
