Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Retail Business Manager (Store Manager) to lead our Bondi store. This full-time role is responsible for delivering operational excellence, fostering team culture, and providing an elevated guest experience that reflects our commitment to quality, intentional simplicity, and authentic connection.

Your Role in Store
n
n
- Leading the store to achieve weekly, monthly and annual sales and margin targets
n
- Delivering a consistently high level of customer experience aligned to our boutique principles
n
- Driving visual merchandising and operational excellence
n
- Coaching your team through one‐on‐one feedback, development plans and consistent performance conversations
n
- Collaborating closely with the State Manager
n
- Championing loss prevention and accurate store data management
n
- Ensuring the boutique environment aligns with our brand tone and aesthetic
n
- Maintaining strong internal relationships with cross‐functional partners
n
- Supporting seasonal product launches with storytelling, confidence and presence
n
