Job Description

Swansea District Baptist Church seeks a part time Youth and Young Adults Ministry Worker or Associate Pastor to lead and disciple the church's young people. The role is 3 days per week (0.6FTE) and involves partnering with the Senior Pastor and Elders in ministry planning and execution.

Youth and young adults will be mentored, weekend services supported, Friday nights and midweek groups organized, and leaders trained to sustain a vibrant youth ministry in NSW.
