GrainCorp in Cryon invites an experienced Assistant Site Manager to lead a busy grain handling team across the reception, storage and outload of grain by road and rail. You will report to the Site Manager and help deliver protected, efficient operations.

Responsibilities include coordinating day-to-day workflow, attracting and developing permanent and seasonal staff, building strong relationships with growers, customers and internal stakeholders, and assisting budgeting to meet KPIs.
