Job Description

Northeast Health Wangaratta is seeking a Registered Nurse for the DNS/HITH program to deliver high-quality nursing care in clients' homes or suitable settings. The role covers wound management, medication monitoring and education, diabetes management, catheter care, and general health assessments as part of home-based care.

Work involves shift work, weekends and public holidays, with ongoing career development and collaboration with the NHW multidisciplinary team to support community
