As we continue to grow, we are seeking a Senior Project Architect to take ownership of projects and contribute to the ongoing evolution of the practice.

About the Role

n

This is a senior architectural role for someone who enjoys taking ownership of projects from concept through to construction. You will lead projects, manage client and consultant relationships, coordinate internal teams, and ensure a high standard of design and technical delivery throughout.

Working within a tight-knit and diverse team, you'll have the opportunity to be genuinely hands‐on across the full breadth of a project - from early design and documentation through to construction and delivery.

We're looking for someone who can bring strong architectural judgement, technical knowledge and leadership, while still being comfortable getting into the detail and working collaboratively with the wider team.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Lead projects across all stages, from briefing and concept design through to delivery
n
- Manage project scope, programme, budget hours, and resourcing
n
- Guide design direction in line with Archidiom's design philosophy
n
- Oversee high-quality documentation (DA, BA, IFC) and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
n
- Coordinate consultants and resolve design and construction challenges
n
- Administer contracts, procurement, and lead site involvement
n
- Maintain solid client relationships and lead project communication
n
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to studio culture and knowledge sharing
n
- Support a collaborative, positive, and professional studio environment

About You

n

- Full working rights in Australia

- Registered Architect in Australia
n
- 10+ years' experience across all project stages
n
- Strong design and technical capability
n
- Excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills
n
- Proven experience leading projects and teams
n
- Strong knowledge of NCC and Australian Standards
n
- Advanced Revit skills
n
- Experience in Adobe Indesign and Photoshop
n
- Experience in modular construction (advantageous)
