4WD Obsession Noosa is looking for a skilled and motivated Accessory Fitter to join our growing workshop team.

We build high-quality touring, towing and off-road vehicles for customers who expect the job to be done properly. From everyday upgrades through to complete vehicle builds, our workshop installs a wide range of leading 4WD accessories and equipment.

This is a full-time position for someone who takes pride in their workmanship, works well within a team and wants to build a long-term career in the 4WD industry.

The role

Your work will include fitting:

- Bull bars, side steps and protection equipment
- Suspension and GVM upgrade components
- Towbars and towing accessories
- Canopies, roof racks and storage systems
- Driving lights and basic 12-volt accessories
- Winches, snorkels and recovery equipment
- UHF radios, brake controllers and other touring accessories
- Complete touring and off-road vehicle packages

What we’re looking for

You will ideally have

- Previous experience fitting automotive or 4WD accessories
- Robust mechanical aptitude and practical problem-solving skills
- Confidence using workshop tools and equipment
- High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
- The ability to follow job instructions and manufacturer specifications




- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- The ability to work efficiently without compromising quality
- A current Australian driver’s licence

Experience with auto electrical work, suspension fitting, wheel alignments, fabrication or complex vehicle builds will be highly regarded. A trade qualification is an advantage but is not essential if you can demonstrate the right experience, attitude and standard of work.

We are looking for someone who wants to become an important part of the team—not simply move through another job. Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
