Join Detpak's Global Brands team and play a key part in supporting some of the world's most recognised food and retail brands. As an Account Coordinator, you'll work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure orders, deliveries, and account activities are managed seamlessly.

This is a role where organisation, communication, and attention to detail really matter. You'll enjoy variety in your day, take ownership of customer outcomes, and become a trusted partner for both customers and colleagues.

What You'll Be Doing

- Building strong relationships with key customer contacts and internal stakeholders
- Coordinating customer orders and ensuring accurate, timely delivery
- Managing customer enquiries and providing responsive solutions
- Resolving issues and complaints with professionalism and a customer-first mindset
- Supporting reporting, product setup, and account administration activities
- Collaborating across supply chain, planning, manufacturing, and sales teams to deliver outstanding service
- Maintaining accurate customer and account information across multiple systems

What You'll Bring

- Experience in customer service, account coordination, customer support, administration, or a similar role
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy when managing data and customer information
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships




- A proactive approach to problem solving and managing competing priorities
- Confidence using Microsoft Office and business systems such as CRM and ERP platforms
- The ability to learn new processes and systems quickly
- A team-focused attitude and a willingness to support others to achieve shared outcomes
