This department works closely with clients to manage and grow wealth through tailored investment strategies, while supporting complex client servicing, portfolio administration and regulatory requirements.

Your new role

Working within a high-performing Client Service Operations team, you will support the ongoing maintenance, transfer and offboarding of client accounts across a leading wealth management business. You'll work closely with local and offshore stakeholders to ensure exceptional client outcomes, data integrity and operational excellence.

- Manage client account maintenance, offboarding, deceased estates and asset transfer requests.
- Coordinate client migrations and position transfers, including CHESS sponsorship activities.




- Liaise with internal teams and offshore stakeholders to ensure account updates are processed accurately and within SLA.
- Support operational projects and continuous improvement initiatives while maintaining high standards of client service and data integrity.

What you'll need to succeed

- We require previous experience within wealth management, stockbroking, platform administration or financial services operations.
- Strong understanding of asset transfers, client account maintenance, CHESS sponsorship and the trade lifecycle.
- Knowledge of financial services regulations and compliance requirements, including AML, KYC and ASX rules.
- RG146 qualifications (or a willingness to work towards obtaining them), with additional exposure to portfolio management platforms such as Praemium highly regarded.
- A client-focused mindset with robust attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
