What you will be doing:

- Bank reconciliations
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Assisting with month-end close




- Assisting with cash flow
- Intercompany recharges
- Reporting - Monthly management, month-to-date
- BAS preparation
- Assisting the Finance Manager with budgeting, forecasting and scenario analysis
- Any additional duties as issued by the Finance Manager

Who are we looking for?

- Accounting degree qualified at a minimum
- CA / CPA qualifications desirable
- Experience with various accounting programs is favourable (such as Databuild, Xero, MYOB)
- Having worked in a construction, manufacturing or food and beverage industry would be highly advantageous
- Robust working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
- Ability to review, analyse and interpret financial information
- Be able to communicate at a high level both verbally and in a written format
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Excellent knowledge of general accounting practices
- Working knowledge of accounting and tax
- An exceptional eye for detail and ability to problem-solve
