Job Title: Admin rock star, Systems Champion

Location: Brookvale, Sydney (On-site initially, moving to hybrid)

Job Type: Part-time (10–20 hours/week), growing with the business

Salary: Flexible based on experience

We are seeking a tech-savvy Admin Rock Star, Systems Champion to manage daily workflows and drive a systemisation project across our three core businesses. This role starts at 10–20 hours per week with excellent long-term growth potential.

About the Businesses (ignore the LinkedIn industry reference, there are very few choices and none that match our businesses)

You will be working across three unique, co-owned operations:

- Ice and Laser: Specialized advanced cleaning and surface preparation services.
- Endrust Brookvale: Premium automotive rustproofing, protection, and underbody sealing (Sydney location).
- Endrust Gold Coast: Premium automotive rustproofing and protection services (Queensland location).

Key Responsibilities

- Finance (Xero): Handle invoicing, purchase orders, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Operations (Mechanic Desk):



Manage customer calls, emails, bookings, and supplier purchase orders.
- Systems Champion: Lead the project to streamline, document, and systemise workflows across 3 businesses.

- What We Are Looking For

- Software: Experience with Xero (preferred) and Mechanic Desk or similar job management software (highly regarded).
- Mindset: A process-driven problem solver who can map out workflows and drive system adoption.
- Skills: Strong communication skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task across businesses.
