I’m working with a growing electrical business in Myree Small Industrial Estate that needs a switched-on Administration Officer to keep the wheels turning. This is a proper support role for someone who can juggle detail, help tidy up systems and still keep their cool when a few things are happening at once.

You’ll be stepping into a relaxed, family-minded business where people pitch in, the dress code is casual, and nobody is pretending to be something they’re not.

There’s a proper handover where possible, a private office close to the team, and a workplace that actually gives a bit back with free parking, a good breakout space, and the odd game of table tennis or foosball when the brain needs a break.

What you’ll be doing

- Supporting the owners and wider team with day-to-day admin.
- Helping with tenders,



presentations and information pulling.
- Keeping on top of insurance, policies, safety and training docs.
- Supporting onboarding, mobilisation and office processes.
- Using PowerPoint, Microsoft Office, Google Sheets and AI tools.
- Helping improve systems, timesheets and working hours management.

What I’m after

- Solid admin experience and a calm, capable approach.
- Sharp PowerPoint skills and good attention to detail.
- Someone who is tech-savvy and happy to use smart tools like AI.
- A person who fits the team and can turn their hand to whatever’s needed.
- Experience in electrical, industrial, fabrication or mining would help but by no means a must.
