THE ROLE The officer supports the delivery, enhancement and continuous improvement of reporting, business processes and systems within the Service Agreement Performance Branch.
The role combines reporting and data analysis capabilities with business analysis skills, working closely with business stakeholders,
technical teams and other analysts to understand business needs, translate requirements into practical solutions, and support the delivery and testing of reporting and system improvements.
The position also collaborates with stakeholders and contributes to the design, development and testing of business improvement and reporting enhancements to streamline and automate analytical functions.
ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE
- Participate in gathering business requirements, implementation and continuous improvement of systems, tools and processes that enhance data capture, analysis and reporting capability.
- Work collaboratively with stakeholders, technical teams and system owners to identify gaps, resolve issues and improve business processes.
- Support the integration and connection of business systems, reporting, platforms and data sources to enable reliable and efficient reporting.
