Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will lead the safety, manufacturing and logistics performance of the afternoon shift, supporting production teams to deliver safely, efficiently and to quality standards.
This is a fantastic prospect for a team lead ready to take the next step in their career and grow into a hands-on shift leadership role.
Full-time permanent role working Afternoon Shifts, 1:00pm - 9:00pm Monday to Friday, including a 15% afternoon shift allowance. Free parking on site.

What you will be doing:
- Lead and support Operators and Dispatch Coordinators to achieve team success
- Drive a strong safety culture and ensure WHS compliance standards are met
- Manage shift operations to deliver production and performance KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth daily operations
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
- Control labour and operational costs to maximise efficiency
- Ensure teams are appropriately trained, qualified, and resourced for safe operations
