Our clients are currently seeking compassionate and reliable Carers / Support Workers to join a growing aged care and disability support team in Western Australia. Key Responsibilities:

Provide daily personal care and emotional support to clients

Assist with mobility, meal preparation, medication reminders, and daily living activities

Support clients in maintaining independence and quality of life

Maintain accurate documentation and follow care plans

Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and family members

Provide care to participants with high support needs

Perform bowel care and enemas where required Requirements:

Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing & Disability) or equivalent qualification

Fluent English communication skills

Current NDIS Worker Screening Check

Current First Aid Certificate





Working with Children Check (WWC)

Demonstrated experience with bowel care and enemas (mandatory)

Strong experience providing personal care to participants with high support needs

Compassionate, patient, and skilled attitude

Ability to work independently and within a team environment Visa Sponsorship:

IELTS Overall 6.0, or
